After graduating law school, Chris spent more than 10 years practicing commercial real estate development, land use and environmental law, first with Kennedy Covington in Charlotte, NC, and then Cobb Cole in Daytona Beach, FL. Since leaving private practice and joining SOONER INVESTMENT, Chris has been involved in the acquisition, development, leasing and entitlement efforts of Sooner’s retail projects in the Carolinas, Oklahoma, Kansas, and Florida. With nearly 20 years of experience in commercial real estate, Chris has developed an expertise in site acquisition, complex entitlements and permitting, development and tenant negotiation matters.
